Best choice

Since the beginning, they were upfront with timing, prices, and possible outcomes. She works with you , and explains the process with everything that’s going on when it’s actually happening so you don’t feel lost. My particular case, at one point, escalated to another case and she managed it great. She definitely sticks with you no matter the situation, because at the end , during these types of situations that is what one truly most desired to feel backed up and secure. Mercedes and her team are very communicative throughout all the process and are very receptive to being reached out either via email or phone. Worked great on my case , got me everything I wanted.
