I fired Gotlieb after he refused to take any legal action to defend me or address the tampered evidence which was identified in two Audio Forensic Reports. The New attorney had the Forensic report submitted to the court and the audio evidence was thrown out. In addition, the new attorney identified an error in the charging document which Michael missed, and the felony charge was thrown out. If I stayed with Michael I would have been forced to accept a 1 year plea deal.

I sought the services of Michael A Gottlieb to file a motion for early termination of house arrest. Being the alleged victim and the office of probation both opposed, the prosecutor vehemently fought against my motion.
