Highly recommend!!!

I found Atty Pierce on Avvo and he assisted me with an eviction in Massachusetts on my rental property, I live 3 hrs away in another state. He was always quick to respond to my many questions either by phone or email. He genuinely cared about my situation and treated me like a real person not just another client. He has compassion and understanding which was so very important to me as this was my first go around as a landlord and he calmed all my fears and anxiety about the eviction process. If I ever find myself in another eviction situation I will definetely hire him again. I highly recommend him!

My personal testimony

We were cheated by unscrupulous landlord of weekly summer rental in N. Eastham

Our security deposit was withheld allegedly because our occupancy necessitated "excessive cleaning." LL supplied photos of alleged "excessive cleaning" necessary to ready the cottage for the next occupants. They included a chair cover "askew," pillows "out of order," a chair slightly away from the wall. The photos made our case. Initially, we wanted to bring the case in Civil Court, demanding damages, etc. Mike convinced us to pursue the matter in Small Claims Court (a significantly smaller fee for him), get our security deposit refunded, and move on. His realistic, scrupulous, economical pursuit of our best interests demonstrates his rock solid integrity.

Personable!

Mike was referred to me in regards to real estate law and I was very pleased with his services. Tenant Eviction

I called Micheal Pierce on the recommendation of the real estate lawyer I used to refinance my house. Micheal returned my call quickly. I explained my situation and he explained my options. He didn't pressure me or try to scare me into taking action right away. He said to call him if I decided to take further action against my tenants who hadn't paid the rent. When I decided to proceed, I called him and he calmly and clearly explained the next steps to me again. He always either answered the phone himself or called back right away. My teaching schedule does not always allow me to answer the phone and he was very flexible about the times we could talk. Since I live out of state, I was unable to appear in court. When the court day came, Micheal kept me informed every step of the way. I can't pick up the phone when I am in class, so we communicated through texts during the proceedings. He gave me suggestions and advice but never pressured me into doing anything. When I didn't understand something or had additional questions,he always responded quickly through email or on the phone. I would highly recommend Micheal Pierce.

A Pleasure To Work With

Attorney Pierce helped us through a very stressful situation with a difficult tenant. We were several hundred miles away and needed to conduct our business via telephone and e-mail; he kept us informed and was always available and reassuring. He brought our case to a successful conclusion in a timely and efficient manner. Excellent

I hired Michael because I had an issue with renters ( they trashed my house). He called me back promptly, and even went to visit the property to see the damage himself. He handled everything professionally and delivered exactly what he promised. I was full reimbursed for the cost of the damages. I hope I never have to use him again but if I need a lawyer, he will be the first person call.

Would hire again in a heartbeat!

I hired Mr. Pierce for assistance with a breech of contract situation with a car transport company that involved several companies. He was very receptive to my needs and appreciated the extremely unusual situation I presented to him. Mr. Pierce took the time to meet with me to first evaluate the situation prior to my engaging his services, provided time sensitive advice and was prompt in relaying communications between the contractor and insurance company.
