Had to read of his conflicts of interest in the newspaper 12 days b4 trial, even though he had represented me for 6 months. Seeing that i had him come see me to explain. He promised to vigorously defend me and present and argue my self defense. He told the jury he was not going to argue self defense but innocence by intoxication so to set me up for a conviction of attempted 2nd degree murder. He allowed jury instructions, not relevant to the evidence, THE Fl.Supreme Court noting such demands a new trial. He argued a point of law that had been overturned 10 yrs prior. He had proof she was not stabbed, but did not argue such. I had stabs but did not argue she stabbed me. Fingerprints or DNA evidence from the knife were not introduced when she and i both denied having having it. Allowed lies without sufficiently rebutting them , but only saying it didn't matter in the scheme of things when such was vital to my self defense argument. Allowed scenarios of irrelevant and extremely prejudicial evidence without objection. Allowed state to bolster and vouch for it's witnesses without objection.
