Legal support for home purchase

Michael was very good at helping us to navigate the complexities of buying a new home. He helped us to identify potential risks, and to make informed decisions. You do need your own lawyer in dealing with a builder, even a established builder with good reputation. Builder contracts tend to be written to favor them not you, and you do not want to overlook things that might become future surprises.

Compassion, Reliability, and Fairness

We used Mr Merino to handle a property for my elderly father after the loss of my only brother. Mr Merino advised and guided us in the right direction. He cared about my father's well being and certainly was not looking to make my father have to spend any money unnecessarily. Real Estate Attorney Par Excellence
