Excellent Lawyer

Mr. Horowitz was recommended to me by a good friend of mine, after I was injured at my job and denied workers compensation, and sent to an incompetent doctor who tried to convince me that I was ok to go back to work and that my injury was not work related. I decided to hire Michael to help me get the justice I deserved. In just a few months my case was settled! This gentleman knows the law, and he took his time to go through every detail of my case. He is also very considerate and always seem concerned how I was coping health wise. He did an awesome job on settling my case at mediation, and my family and I are very happy that he took my case. Without hesitation I would recommend Mr. Horowitz to anyone who needs a good lawyer to represent them in their workers comp case. Being injured is depressing enough, so it’s really great when you have an attorney who reallly cares and will put all their effort into helping you get the best results. Changed my life

Best Lawyer Ever! !!

Michael Horowitz took over my workers compensation case after 8 months with another law firm in which my case was going nowhere. He was able to get an adjustment to my AWW due to the seasonal nature of my employment. I am a server in Florida and was injured in the "off season".This adjustment added about 30% to the value of my case! He is professional, prompt, informative, courteous, ....You get the picture! I highly recommend Michael Horowitz to anyone lucky enough to have a chance to retain his services.

For over 10 years I had a pending lawsuit with another attorney with nothing accomplished. The Best Lawyer I have ever known

Michael has been representing me for almost three years. I came to him after firing another lawyer who was trying to settle my case after a month in the system and no medical care. I was gun shy when I met with Michael and he had to gain my confidence. He did just that. I too had to learn something about the work comp system but Michael treated me with respect and was alway on point. I suffered life altering injuries at work. Michael has been there for me almost from the beginning and despite very difficult circumstances stuck next to me. I trust Michael completely. He truely cares about his clients and is extremely honest. Going through the workers comp system is trying, many lawyers out in the system are trying to settle your case quickly and move on to the next case. THATS NOT MICHAEL! Aside from being a top notch lawyer he has become a real friend to me and my family. He is sincere and passionate about his profession. I absolutely recommend him!

Outstanding lawyer

We never had to hire a lawyer except for house closings. We were very apprehensive to do so. Attorney Horowitz was very upfront with us. He told us what he could do at that time. He did everything he said he would do and so much more. When we called his assistant Diane, she answered all our questions. Everyone on the staff was outstanding.

A True Professional

Mr. Horowitz is an outstanding lawyer with an fantastic office staff who made a difference in my life. He is extremely knowledgeable AND listens carefully. He did a great job and got a fair settlement during mediation. His office staff was always friendly and helpful, he returned my calls, text and emails promptly, and always let me know what was going on. He is the consummate professional.
