Consummate Professional

Our LLC hired attorney Michael Cotzen to handle a matter that involved one LLC member selling certain real estate property without the consent of the other LLC members. Mr. Cotzen promptly familiarized himself with the details of our case and proceeded immediately once we engaged him. HOA fee dispute

The management company for my mother’s condominium sent her account to collections. This action happened despite regular payments and my mother being in contact with a representative for the HOA to provide proof of payments. The collection agency would not deal fairly with anyone other than an attorney. Mr. Cotzen negotiated a fair settlement that included an even HOA balance - no small feat since the association was claiming arrears for seven years (a timeframe, for which, banks no longer keep records).
