Michael was opposing counsel on a number of medical malpractice cases years ago. I found him to be a zealous and capable advocate for his client yet he conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. He was an adversary that you could oppose in court yet have a dinner with afterwards. He exemplifies what attorneys used to be and the standards I don't see as often in younger lawyers.
