Partner, Michelle “Micki” Hurvitz, practices in the areas of real estate litigation, inclusive of residential and commercial tenancies and foreclosures, business litigation, community association, and family law.
Attorney Hurvitz is actively involved in the local community and serves as a mentor to 1L students at Ave Maria School of Law. Additionally, Attorney Hurvitz serves as a member of Young Professional Strides at the Naples Therapeutic Riding Center and Temple Shalom.

Education:
Attorney Hurvitz graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ave Maria School of Law where she was actively involved. Attorney Hurvitz served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Ave Maria Law Review and the President of the Women’s Law Association. Attorney Hurvitz also earned CALI awards in nine of her classes including Trial Advocacy and was a Moot Court Trial Competition and Appellate Argument Finalist. In addition to these accolades, Attorney Hurvitz interned with Senior United States District Judge John E. Steele and the Offices of the United States Attorneys during law school.?
After law school, Attorney Hurvitz continued to advance her education at her alma mater, Florida Gulf Coast University, where she graduated with her Master of Business Administration degree (M.B.A.). Attorney Hurvitz previously graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with her Bachelor of Arts.?
Attorney Hurvitz continues to advance her passion for education through the Masters of Law program at the University of Miami and is a candidate for her Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig LL.M. in Real Property Development.
