Mike Koulianos was a great help in a stressful situation. He never made me feel like I had to give him a call for an update of where he was with the case. Mike would always consistently check in with me and reached out to me and it was genuine, checking on me if i was ok from the accident and how I was feeling physically. Mike was professional through out the whole process. It was a first time I was in a car accident and felt over whelmed at first but as soon as Mike took over I felt like I could breath and let him handle it. He is someone I will be recommend to friends and family.
