I was victim of a fraud committed in Hertz's office in Berlin in August when they alleged that my rental car was damaged on return. The car was not damaged but Hertz found a similar car which did have damage and asked for more than $2000. I had a Berlin lawyer to take care of this but Hertz never replied that they had no longer claim for the car. In the meantime, a collection agency in the U.S. sent me a claim for that money, and at that juncture I got into touch with Mr. Murado. I had a lot of documentation and photographs about the fraud and Mr. Murado sued the collection agency in the U.S. The collection agency finally decided to give up. I'm really indebted to him for his perseverance and hope anyone who is in a similar bind related to a false claim would seriously look at what he can do.
