Whether Respondents, 820 Third Street, Inc., a condominium, The Wall Management Corp., and Royal Management Group, LLC (“Respondents”), discriminated against Petitioner, Allen Kaplan (“Petitioner”), in the terms, conditions, or privileges of the sale or rental of a dwelling, or in the provision of services or facilities in connection therewith, because of his race, disability, or religion, and failed to provide reasonable accommodations for Petitioner’s disability, in violation of Florida’s Fair Housing Act (“FHA”); and, if so, the relief that is appropriate.Petitioner failed to establish that Respondents discriminated against him based on his race, religion, or disability, or failed to provide a reasonable accommodation under the Fair Housing Act. Recommended dismissal of petition for relief.
