Nicholas W. Chipurnoi joined Boyer & Boyer P.A. in August 2014 as an Associate Attorney. Mr. Chipurnoi attended the University of South Florida Sarasota Bradenton campus where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance. While furthering his professional career, Mr. Chipurnoi attended Stetson University’s College of Law. At Stetson, Mr. Chipurnoi actively provided pro bono assistance on a variety of legal and non-legal projects including work with Gulfcoast Legal Services in Sarasota and volunteer work within the classrooms of Sarasota County elementary schools. Upon graduation, Mr. Chipurnoi was a recipient of the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award at Stetson College of Law. In March of 2013, Mr. Chipurnoi received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson College of Law. The following fall he was admitted to the Florida Bar in October of 2013.Mr. Chipurnoi continues to remain an active community volunteer with Legal Aid of Manasota.When out of the office, Mr. Chipurnoi enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and toy poodle. Mr. Chipurnoi and his family enjoy visiting museums, parks, zoos, and aquariums.As a long time Sarasota resident, Mr. Chipurnoi is excited for the opportunity to remain in his hometown and provide legal services to his community.

Medicaid Long Term Care (LTC) programs have complicated eligibility requirements for income, assets, and level of care. We work with families to determine eligibility and preserve assets through understanding the regulation and program requirements.
We work with clients to achieve a comprehensive plan for incapacity, probate avoidance, and distribution of assets after death. Planning includes the use of Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Living Wills and other documents.
Create trusts to meet the needs of our clients. Trusts can be used to meet probate avoidance, blended family, special needs beneficiaries, Medicaid, beneficiary concerns and other complex planning needs.
Elder Law includes working with our clients to find solutions to the particular challenges of aging. We assist with Estate Planning, Long Term Care Benefits Planning, Medicaid Eligibility, and Estate Administration.
Working to administer the estate of our clients. In probate we work with the Personal Representative to make the estate administration as simple as possible.
Create Last Will and Testaments to put our clients' wishes in writing and working to make sure they are met should their estate be probated. Using Living Wills and other advance directives to put clients' wishes in writing.
