Incredibly helpful Corporate Lawyer that I've worked with on two separate occasions!
I've now worked with Nick on two separate occasions and I'll always go to him for all of my future attorney needs. First, he setup my LLC in Dallas, Texas and once I moved to Upstate, NY he dissolved my business in Texas and setup my S Corp in my current location.
It's stressful enough moving across the country while maintaining your business. Super grateful to have found Nick to help take some of the stress off while having full trust in knowing everything will be completed based on my first experience in working with him.
