Estate Planning & Civil Matter

A number of local attorneys were recommended to me to use to create a will and a revocable trust. Based on criteria I personally thought would be important when working with me I selected Ms Loughlin. I was absolutely correct in my selection. Ms Loughlin was timely, thorough and easy to work with. As my wife is not a US citizen one issue was faced and Ms Loughlin researched and resolved it. I then faced a separate civil issue when a local rug cleaning service lost a valuable rug I sent out to them to be cleaned and repaired. Ms Loughlin prepared several letters to the cleaning company and their insurance company on my behalf as his insurance company denied coverage as he claimed the rug was "mysteriously lost" vs stolen. Ms Loughlin provided guidance and counsel before all of the discussions I had with the rug cleaning company. Although we were prepared to file suit through Ms Loughlin's guidance and counsel I was able to resolve the issue and the lost rug was replaced with another one. I would unquestionably highly recommend Ms Loughlin

I highly recommend Nicole for trust, estate, and personal injury cases. I am a personal injury lawyer myself and had the opportunity to work with her on a case. I was very impressed by how much she cares about the client, how easily accessible she was at all times, and her competency. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole on a first party property insurance case.
