Personal and Professional

I was really at a loss of how to proceed with my case,I call several lawyer but never receive a call back. When i finally call Nolan office Amy answer the phone. Amy was compassionate and understanding from the beginning. After less than ten minutes after i gave Amy my information, I receive a call from Nolan. Nolan took my information and evaluate my case while i was on the phone with him. I receive professional and personal treatment from the start. Whenever i had a question or have any concern, I was able to talk to Nolan himself not his Secretary. I was able to communicate with Nolan easily by phone or email. Nolan even reply to his email on weekends. He fight for me,even when i wasn't able to. Nolan got me a great big settlement,more than i ever hope for. Thank you Nolan.

Accident on the I 90

On January 7, 2014, my wife and I were injured in a serious accident on the I90 outside of Buffalo, New York. We were returning home to Nova Scotia via the US I 90, following a visit to our son and daughter-in-Law residence in Mississauga, Ontario. We were rear ended by an 18 wheeler in a snow storm. We sustained serious injuries and ended up in hospital emergency department. We were treated and released. We were involved on a motor vehicle accident in Florida. Service Animals Approved, and then Denied!!

My husband and I inquired to Mr. Klein, after much frustration with our condo board. We had gone back and forth, and been stonewalled for almost a year Our service animals were approved, 4 years later; denied!!! Mr. Klein took our case, and was very helpful to us not just in a "lawyer " manner; but as a supporter of us as disabled elders. He managed to get the whole matter settled, while having to deal with many personalities in the mix! We are so grateful for his help and are free to have our service animals with us wherever we are.
