He always says he is out of the office when he is not. Also, I paid a 9k retainer fee for a child custody case and Benjamin Older was my lawyer. He only made a simple notice of appearance on my behalf and made a telephonic timesharing agreement. Then after not doing any work but that on my case he said he would go no further unless I paid him another 5k to simply settle the case. He steals money from people and does not do the work he is hired to do.
Did a horrible job of supporting me in my case. Mislead as to who was representing me.
Excellent firm. Highly recommend. Can get pricey like all lawyers. They do an excellent job of trying to minimize costs for the client while providing top notch service and legal advice.
