Review

Otto is an excellent lawyer. When I first met Otto I was at my wits end. My son was accused of a crime he did not commit. Otto worked deligently trying to prove my son's innocence. I spoke with two lawyers before I met Otto all they were interested in is getting their fees instead of showing compassion to help defend my son. It took some time but Otto succeeded on proving my sons innocence. The charges were dropped. Thanks Otto for a job well done.

Inconsistent and won't return my calls

Post being retained: Is not very trustworthy, and I felt as though he did not put his best effort into my case and now will not return my phone calls. Do not recommend.

Otto was fantastic in his questioning of the plaintiff and use very effective methods and bringing out the points to enable us to win my case. I would definitely recommend him. He had very reasonable fees and did a great job. My case in particular was in defense of a contempt of Parenting Agreement.

2 Misemeanor Charges

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rafuse! I was arrested and charged in Jacksonville, however, I live in New York . He took care of every court date, stayed in contact with me continuously, and ultimately got my charges dropped . He answered every email and phone call promptly and always kept me informed along the way. He was also very quick! My charges were dropped and the case was over in 2 months. I will be forever grateful for his representation.
