He got the bank to sell it at 45% of the after appraised price. He managed to find the holder of the note( the bank) . I don't know any attorneys that could have done that
O. VAL DID NOT HELP ME. I am in Foreclosure. Although Ovide Val, Esq requested $2,500 to take my case, I was grateful he would start my case on a payment plan. So, I brought to him $400. His VOICEMAIL is always FULL and he has NOT RETURNED my tel CALLS and my TEXTS to him. I am very worried that I may never get my money back. That is an injustice.
I've since spoken to a man who gave him $1,500 deposit for legal services that were also not rendered. This man is busy trying to get his money back from Ovide Val.
