The issues in this case are whether Respondent violated Subsections 1012.795(1)(d), 1012.795(1)(g), and 1012.795(1)(j), Florida Statutes (2008),1 and Florida Administrative Code Rules 6B-1.006(5)(a) and 6B-1.006(5)(h), and, if so, what discipline should be imposed.Petitioner proved by clear and convincing evidence that Respondent plagiarized and submitted lesson plans for certification requirements in violation of statutes and rules; recommended two-year revocation of educator's certificate.
