Don't waste your time or your money!

We hired Patrick and our case was immediately handed off to his wife. If you read her bio it is not nearly as impressive as his bio. During our initial call with Patrick he informed us of 3 possible outcomes from our Lemon Law case. He told us we had a "slam dunk - very strong" case. Once hired, conference calls were scheduled and never took place. We would cancel plans to make ourselves available for the scheduled conference calls and then the call never took place. Very poor scheduling. Very inconsiderate. When his wife showed up for our mediation (late I might add), she informed us of possible outcomes we could expect. None of which were what her husband told us we could expect when we agreed to hire HIM! Find another attorney and be sure to do your own research before you agree to even file a Lemon Law case. Did you know you can take your case to mediation without an attorney? Certainly would be our recommendation rather than hiring this firm!

Do your homework

I should of had a slam dunk lemon law case, but lost. Then was told I have a strong case to proceed, only to be told they didn’t file correct paperwork and the expert was useless. Constantly got passed around from their office help, always new people. Set appointments for a telephone conference and 2 days later got a call. Constant calls to resubmit paperwork that I already gave them

Horrible Record Keeping. Really Bad.

I spoke to a legal assistant of the attorney's and she constantly got my information wrong.

Then I spoke with the attorney briefly over the phone to discuss my Lemon law case. He seemed knowledgeable and probably knows what he is doing.

Then it was back to the assistant who kept referring to another person's case/vehicle when corresponding. Several times.

Finally FCA just settled the thing with me without need of litigation - months later... and the legal assistant cold calls me a week after that to schedule an appointment.

This attorney would do well either hiring an office manager or sorting out his files better. Maybe a competent assistant? I don't know.

Patrick Cremeens: An Excellent Lawyer

I hired Patrick Cremeens to represent me in a civil small claims lawsuit I initiated in Florida. As I reside outside of the US it would have been difficult and expensive for me to have handled the small claims suit myself. Mr Patrick Cremeens initially handled my case and he spent a great deal of time speaking to me about the particulars of my case before I even hired him, which I appreciated greatly. Mr. Patrick Cremeens performed excellent work on my behalf before his colleague Ms DeAnne Jackson, who works at the Law Office of Patrick Cremeens, took over my case half way through. Both individuals kept me up to date on events in the case as they progressed and his law office works exceptionally well as a team. Mr Cremeens is professional and skilled. I could not be more pleased with his or Ms DeAnne Jackson’s work on my behalf, or the outcome they worked hard to bring about. I consider myself fortunate that Mr. Cremeens and Ms. Jackson agreed to take my case and I highly recommend Patrick Cremeens, DeAnne Jackson and the Law Office of Patrick Cremeens.

One Of Many Clients (Leonardo)

Patrick was instrumental in creating an appeal case and was willing to go the extra mile in my Alimony Case , He was very professional. One thing that sticks out with Patrick is that he listen to his client's concerns and decisions. This was very import as the case did not have to go to the Appellate court. I engaged Mr. Cremeens for a complicated and messy eviction matter. Patrick was quick and decisive in his suggestions of how to proceed. The matter was resolved before I expected saving me both time and money. As an owner and 27 year veteran in the mortgage trading and management space, I have dealt with countless law firms big and small. I have become almost accustomed to delays and lack of contact from others. Mr. Cremeens reminded me that I am the client and paying the bills, and in my opinion provided every bit if not more service than I paid for. Won my outboard boat motor warranty case!!

Patrick was awesome in handling my outboard boat motor warranty case based on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. He made the entire process as smooth as possible for me, and was super at coaching me to provide the necessary documentation and history of my case. GREAT GUY, WON MY CASE

Patrick is a good lawyer, and great to work with. He is very acessable when you need him. In my case he needed to travel 3 hours to be present when meeting with the other side, he was right there. He tried Lemon Law for me and when that did not work he took it step furthur and after having my car for two years I got a brand new car of my choice.

Ford Motor Company Defective F-550 Truck

Patrick handled the Commercial Truck Warrenty / Lemon Law lawsuit with Ford in a professional manner. Patrick ALWAYS returned phone calls and kept me informed as the case moved forward.
