He relates to you, understands you, validates you and doesn't waste a minute of your time but will make himself available for all the time you need. For my situation, the other side was unwilling to give an inch, not an inch all year long...that is until Paul worked his magic, which makes the outcome all that more impressive, and he did it when it mattered most. He read the other side so well and we ended up with last second agreement that checked all the boxes for me instead of leaving it in the hands of the judge. He was also very generous with me with his time and didn't charge me for many hours that he could have easily done, and if he did it still would've been entirely reasonable and worth it. If he ever raises his rate, Paul would always be worth every penny and then some.
