I really appreciated Paul's mind - his clarity of thought, willingness to solve a problem and not cookie cutter. I needed a thinker and he is one. He is sometimes a little slow on responses, but he gave me the time I needed. He was worth the wait. His rate was fair (not the most expensive and not the cheapest). I have used other lawyers and its is not just the hourly but the amount of time they spend.
So I would hire him again.
I would recommend him.
I HIRED THE ATTORNEY AS ALL WAS FINE UNTIL HE CASHED THE CHECK.HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND GAVE BAD ADVISE.I HAD TO SETTLE THE MATTER BY MYSELF.HE STATED IN AN E MAIL THAT HE WOULD RETURN SOME OF THE FEE THAT I PAID,BUT THEN CHANGED HIS MIND. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HIS SERVICE!
We have worked with Paul since 2003 and I have no doubt that he is the best lawyer for business in Medical Device.

This firm hired me to serve as a mediator back in December, 2017. We held the mediation and the matter was resolved to the satisfaction of all involved including their client (who got paid). Since that time, we have been chasing the firm for payment of our mediation invoice. We have left countless messages for Mr. Silverberg who we are told by his staff handles all payment matters directly. We have yet to receive the courtesy of any type of response and payment remains outstanding. I have never in my 30 years of practice dealt with someone so unprofessional and cowardly. |
