An Incompetent Imposter I wish I could give a ZERO
He claimed I had a case - and I did - but not through his law firm. He does not have professional staff to guide either him or his clients. It is somewhat like having a General Contractor who doesn't have sub-contractors and wants you to find them. After awhile, you'll be asking what he is doing for you. He mishandled my alimony from the beginning (I found out later) and then butchered the modification. Eventually I had to get other attorneys who knew the law, knew what to do, and who had staff and/or referrals for the documents needed. He consistently did not return calls, was late for appointments (one time I ended up having lunch upstairs, waiting while he took what the reception said was a walk-in), and he was easily bullied by opposing counsel to the point he thought we did not have a case. Most unprofessionally, he charged me a flat fee for his work (which he botched so it wasn't worth even that) and once I paid then he refused to give me an invoice or receipt. A case that should have taken a few months went on for more than a year, until I went to another attorney.
