Wrongful death suit

I initially went to see Mr. van den Boom for legal advice regarding a relative who fell while under the care of a rehab center. He was very helpful gave advice and said to call back if I was not happy with the outcome. The relative died a few weeks after the fall and I called him back for legal advice. It now was a wrongful death in my eyes. He agreed and we pursued with my request. During the whole time his office was very kind and told me to call anytime I had questions. Never did they make me feel uncomfortable for calling to get an update or answer a question. I highly recommend him if you need guidance or representation.

Personal Injury

The perseverance which Peter and the firm of Frost Van den Boom & Smith had throughout the 4.75 years of our litigation proved to be the determining factor in our successful conclusion. Former Highlands County Client

Mr. Van den Boom represented me in a non compete employer contract case. My formal employer attempted to prevent me from seeking employment at a new firm. Their contract essentially held me hostage and they were not willing to discuss the contract prior to my departure. Upon my resignation they immediately filed suit against me. I retained a nationwide law firm that specialized in labor law who completely mishandled my case. That firm was not able to make any progress and only offered high priced monthly legal bills. After approximately two months I dismissed that firm and retained Mr. Van den Boom. Within a matter of weeks I had a date for mediation. Peter forced my former employer to allow me to return to work in less time than my contract stipulated. He worked quickly and aggressively to resolve my matter. As my attorney I felt that Mr. Van den Boom had a clear goal in my case and put my interests first.

good lawyer

HE works with the best, John W, Frost, he has to have learned so much from this man, i will say he is a gentleman and he does do right by his clients, He needs maybe a little more experience but i think he does a good job and would recommend him, he is honest and will do well, i am unsure how long he has been practicing. Very nice person and a gentleman. Used him once.
