Phil is attentive, informative, responsive, and understanding. I enjoyed working with Phil because he was able to focus on what was important and help me to focus less on what was not important for my future. He had a very professional and caring way of pulling me out of the weeds and seeing the bigger picture. He is good with figures which is easy to take for granted in these kinds of cases. I have known Phillip Wartenberg for approximately 20 years now. I first worked with him as a Staff Attorney for the Judges at the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. During that time, we bounced ideas off each other regarding issues and Phil was always of help regarding finding the answer.
