The issue for determination is whether the intended action by Respondent to disqualify Petitioner from eligibility for award of the Invitation to Bid No. 062-HH10 — Relocation of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment — was improper.Petitioner failed to demonstrate that it should not be found ineligible and not be disqualified by Respondent for the invitation to bid. Recommend dismissal of protest.
