Going thru a divorce and told Ogburn 3 things . # seize all marital & non marital assets during a restraining order. LOST EVERY THING from childhood up to the separation. # 2 keep children away from certain people and places (drug dealers) that the ex was involved with. #3 Judge said let my attorney {Ogburn} know if any of the items on the list were missing when I-ME GOT an ORDER/MOTION to get work related items from the house during the separation.
