Richard Bolton is a very good lawyer and worked hard for me. More importantly to me was the fact that he always spoke to me when I called, kept me informed about my case and just cared about me and my family. There are lots of lawyers but very few who are both excellent in the law, in court and great to speak with. He is very good and deserves a far better rating with Avvo!

I have always found him to be a zealous advocate for his clients while still maintaining the professionalism and integrity of the profession. He has always maximized the value for his clients through creative insight into his cases and his ability to focus on the opponent's weaknesses which he reveals through thorough discovery. Perhaps his best attribute is that he "gets it" - - in that he understands his cases and sees the big picture without being distracted by the obstructions placed by his opponents.
