Made a difficult time very easy

My husband and I recently filed with the aid of Mr. Schwartz and I could not have imagined this process going any smoother than it did. From the moment we made initial contact with the office and spoke with the secretary who was so nice and understanding, I knew we would be working with Mr.Shwartz. He was easy to get a consultation appointment with and very thorough in looking over all of our financial history. Once we actually filed, we worked with his paralegal Rose and you could probably not find a nicer paralegal in the whole city. She was very proactive in making sure everything in our file was complete, easy to get ahold of, responded quickly to emails and messages and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommend Mr. Schwartz if you have to make the difficult decision to file chapter 7.

Very caring attorney, extremely professional staff that responds immediately to your needs. Unfortunately the system itself for getting court dates for disability is very, very slow!!
