Excellent Lawyer

I considered a few other attorneys before I engaged Richard. He was the clear choice. He has previous experience at large firms, which gave him credibility with opposing counsel representing the company from a large firm. He was very responsive, starting on the day I hired him. He is patient and is a good listener. He explains all the options with the related pros and cons. I was able to settle for much more than what was initially offered because of how well he presented my case. His fees are very fair and much lower than larger firms. I recommend Richard very highly.

Great experience. Clear And Coincise

I had the opportunity to talk to Richard about my employment contract and the problem that I have with my current employer. He asked me to provide the contract and after a couple of days he came back with all the possible avenues for my situation. He clearly explained all the pros and cons of taking certain actions. Now, I finally have more clarity of all the steps that I have to take.

Exactly the Advice I needed to hear

I needed Richard's legal counsel during a tough time with a business partner in 2019 and previously in 2018 when I left my old firm among a potential discrimination and retaliation law suit. Richard came through for me both times. A True Partner

We all know how the the deck is stacked for employers versus employees. And fighting for your rights is wrought with emotions. In my case, I was going to be grossly outspent by an employer who was ready to delay, obsfucate the issues, invent claims and challenge my ability to continue work in the same industry. As a former lawyer, myself, finding the right attorney was not going to be easy. It had to be someone who could work with another attorney as a client, be willing to push back when necessary and be steadfast in their goal. Richard Tuschman was even more than I had hoped for. Not only was Richard efficient with his time, but he knew how to cut to the chase and solve problems quickly. Our case came to a head in depositions after a year of complaints, counterclaims, summary judgments, etc. . . when, finally, Richard was able to artfully tear apart the employer's argument, leading immediately to the employer's attorney asking for a break and returning with an offer for nearly everything we had asked for. At the end of the day, Richard proved to be an incredible partner and a good friend throughout. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Strong advocate & negotiator

Richard was my attorney and represented me in an unlawful termination case here in Florida. Although my case was less than text book in substance, Richard identified the flaw in my termination and constructed the argument for contesting its legality. After several back and forth communications we prepared to go to trial but ultimately agreed to a settlement that was nearly 450% higher than the original offer!
