Whether the Petitioner's application for licensure by endorsement as a Dietitian/Nutritionist should be granted or denied for the reasons stated in the Notice of Intent to Deny dated April 15, 2008.Petitioner failed to prove that criteria for nutritionist license in Washington State were substantially equivalent to the criteria for dietitian/nutritionist license in Florida. The application for a nutritionist license by endorsement should be denied.
