My wife and i had a long road to get our BK done because of our previous failed Business. The courts gave us a hard time, but Mr Ellis and his Legal Assistant Carey fought for us. We didn't have to pay the courts any EXTRA. It may take some time, but the outcome will be in your favor the right way. Very professional and by the book.
Mr. Ellis explained very clear what options I had so I could make an educated decision. Carey was very helpful throughout the process and always responded to our questions promptly.
Richard was very understanding. He provided very good guidance with ultimate good results at a very reasonable price.
Richard is very understanding, provides excellent advice, and obviously interfaces/negotiates for his client as his results are excellent.
Now, 6 years after my divorce that Richard Ellis handled - and after having met with 3 different lawyers and paying them for their interpretation on my alimony clause - each shared that they were shocked that I signed such a poor agreement. After researching the legal mousetraps used by both sides, I would not recommend using Richard Ellis for legal advice, opinions, or processing of anything.
