Honest and ethical legal advice
New to the Cocoa Beach area, I was in need of an attorney and unable to ask friends for recommendations. I did some internet researching and met with over 5 different attorneys. I hired Mr. Austin just over a year ago to defend a misdemeanor criminal case in which there were two charges. Communication was never an issue, he returned all of my calls & texts in regards to my case and regularly made time to explain in detail how the case was proceeding. Not only did he keep me informed, I feel he also gave me honest legal advice in regards to what was best for ME and MY case. One of the charges was ultimately dismissed with prejudice, the other had stipulations that had to be discussed and agreed upon with the DA. Mr. Austin argued these requirements to very fair and reasonable bottom line. Even with the majority of my case dismissed I was still able to get in contact with Mr. Austin with no issues. Obviously the facts of every case are different and the outcomes will vary, but I would say that the honesty and transparency of working with Mr. Austin made made me feel very comfortable and satisfied with his work.
