Without getting too much into detail. I was facing charges of aggravated assault with a firearm. I initially interviewed like 5 criminal lawyers 3 of which were just sales people and just really discouraged me, their was another attorney that showed promise but i didn't feel confident. In my opinion she was nice but lacked the experience and had little familiarity with state prosecutors or judges.
When i walked into Bob'S Office, I was greeted with a smile. Immediately even before signing anything I felt like a valued client and had confidence i would have been taken cared of.
While meeting with Bob, i was impressed that he didn't just summed up my case and told me best and worse case outcomes, but rather discussed multiple similar cases that he has been successful and a possible strategy.
long story short, within a week the case was downgraded to a misdemeanor and we are currently working on getting it thrown out. He has been relentless and his communication within the process has been refreshing.
