Robert Aranda is an excellent attorney. He helped me when I had Lasik vision done on my eye that resulted in a surgery that was not performed properly. The surgeon and the technician did not check the laser properly and programed it for a nearsighted calculation versus a farsighted one.
He walked me through the process and took my case when I had 2 other atty's from very well known firms tell me that I didn't have a good damages case because I could wear a contact to correct the vision issue. He recognized the value of my case and the disservice that was done to me by the Lasik vision center I had my eyes done at. He settled it for me with a substantial payout.
