Michael Bo took our money and never did anything to help us. I was wrongfully let go by the company for health issues and this attorney promised alot and did nothing for me. He doesn't answer my emails or calls. He is a totally con artist.

DO NOT under any circumstances hire this attorney! I wish I had read the other reviews before I did. If you had several attorneys tell you that you do not have a case, chances are you don't. I kept searching until I came across Mr. Michael. He was willing to consult me in person. When he did I presented what I thought my employer should be sued for. He instead suggested I had a discrimination case even though I disagreed he explained why I would get so much more money than what I was seeking. Unfortunately HE is the only one who would make any money. MINE! He got 500.00 down and 30.00 per month until the case settles. Months go by and you hear NOTHING from him or his lame para legal. Six months after I hired him I had to threaten to call the Florida bar before I got his para legal to call me back. He refused to maintain contact and missed deadlines and lost important documents. I heard from him only FOUR times during the 22 months he was my attorney only to have him call me and tell me their determination was I had no basis for discrimination. Of course not! He missed deadlines and lost stuff! He didn't present my case properly! Now he tells me if I want to sue it's going to cost around 25k! So he milks the case for as long as he can to rip you off for as much as he can and then gives you an unrealistic number to sue. He is probably the most unprofessional attorney I have eve had to deal with. STAY AWAY!!

He is the ultimate clown. He took my large retainer for a wrongful termination case and did absolutely nothing. Maybe he should stop hanging out at the Todd Adult bookstore. I have seen him there a few times. He is a pervert.

Takes your money does not respond to your calls and does not produce positive results . Who send Emails to inform a defendant they are being sued. I wish I had read his review's before signing on with him >He blew a easy case.

I paid this lawyer 2500.00 to represent me on a labor issue and all he did was write a letter, after that he wanted 25000.00 for representing me and I said no way since he didn't do nothing at all. Be aware.

I was taken by Robert Michael and the Robert Michael Law Firm. He took my $1,000 and then you don’t hear from him again. I had to call the FL Bar to have him call me back more than once because he wouldn’t return my calls or email. Then he calls to blow wind up your skirt to tell you that everything was ok, but it was just another lie. I fired him and hired new counsel. I had Bo for over five months and nothing. The new counsel and had the opposing counsel respond to use in 4 days. The opposing counsel said that he has been trying to contact Bo, but Bo never called back. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar.

I hired Attorney Bo Michael after being wrongfully dismissed from a teaching position at an Orlando College that I'd held for 7 years due to the unethical behavior of another school employee. I met with him and he seemed enthusiastic about my case and competent despite a cheap suit and bad hair dye job. When it came time to collect a $1000 retainer, his paralegal, Lauren Martinez, was quick to send emails and respond to questions. But then nothing else was ever done for me except to send a one single paragraph letter to the college's Human Resources department, which didn't even get a response. My wife and I made several phone calls and sent multiple emails over 3 months to see what progress, if any, the case was making. No one ever answered the phone, it always went straight to voicemail. No one ever returned any of the phone calls and only after many months would an email be answered. And then the wrong information would be sent or attachments of documents that needed to be signed would be left off. There was no way to speak to the Attorney except through the completely incompetent and unprofessional paralegal. After seven months of a very frustrating lack of communications, we fired them in registered letter and they acted dumbfounded. Do not choose to have this poorly run practice represent you. The money we spent on this bad experience was tough to come by at the time and was a painful loss for my family. It would have been a better use of a thousand dollars to put it in a trashcan and light it on fire than to give it to these unethical people.

In November 2016, I was laid off from my employer when they found out I was pregnant and had to call out 1 day because I was very sick. I found Bo in google. Decided to contact him and he seem very professional. In the beginning, when they needed to collect my money everything was great. Months later, It took 2 or 3 weeks for an email response never a call. I waiting patiently for their response and until this day July 24, 2017 no response from neither Bo or his paralegal. Please don't use his lawfirm. When you call is always an answering service and never a real person. I lost $500 It doesn't seem a lot but for a person that has a newborn and not working it's a lot. Keep looking my advice to you.

I hired Robert "Bo" Michael in after having been fired from my university job (supposedly for poor job performance though I had worked there for six years) and cheated out of $4,000.00 in unused vacation pay. Additionally, my former employer falsely claimed "misconduct" as the reason for my dismissal when I had filed for Unemployment compensation. I was frantic, but Bo took charge during the appeal process, meaning a telephone conference call with my former employer and the unemployment office in Tallahassee. He simply pointed out that in all the paperwork in my personnel file, nothing had ever been mentioned regarding "misconduct". My employer's head of HR was obviously embarrassed at having been "caught with her pants down". Four days after that conference call, I received a letter stating that the original decision was officially reversed! I am convinced that if Bo had not been on the call, I would not have received a penny. Since my unemployment compensation lasted over two years, I consider my fee a modest investment indeed! Unfortunately, since Florida is a Right-to-Work state, he had no legal grounds to get me my $4,000.00 back, but that was nobody's fault.
