Compassion and Intelligence - A wonderful Combination

Rob was the only attorney that I could find that would take my case against a large corporation regarding an unlawful termination case. He listened to my concerns, kept me informed on the progress and always asked for my opinions and thoughts. In mediation, he would not give up till the agreement was fair. He has an upbeat and down-to-Earth personality which made it easy to talk to him unlike the stereotypical obnoxious attorney. I am very pleased to have had Rob on my side. Thank you Rob~ Your client

Detail oriented and responsive

I was very impressed with Mr. Bastress. He was persistent in getting a response from the car insurance company we were working with. His letters were punctual, all documents were well-organized and he persisted to get a settlement that I considered to be fair (and was even better than I could have hoped for). He called with updates frequently and ensured that all of my needs were met through a very complicated settlement process.
