Robert Wayne Pearce has been a trial attorney for more than 40 years. Today, most if not all investor securities fraud disputes are arbitrated before Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrators. Mr. Pearce has over 100 published arbitration awards.
Mr. Pearce began his career with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He actively defends lawsuit filed by the SEC and the Commodities Futures Exchange Commission (CFTC) in Federal Court.
