Respondent is charged in the Administrative Complaint with violation(s) of Subsection 464.018(1)(h) F.S., for unprofessional conduct which shall include, but not be limited to, any departure from, or failure to conform to, the minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing nursing practices; Subsection 464.018(1)(i) F.S., for engaging or attempting to engage in the possession, sale, or distribution of controlled substances for any other than legitimate purposes; and/or Subsection 464.018(1)(j) F.S., for being unable to practice nursing with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of illness or use of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, or chemicals.Nurse married a ""sorry man"" but evidence fell short of proving unprofessional conduct, possession or sale of drugs, or inability to practice safely.
