An exceptional lawyer and community leader

I have worked with Robin Bresky for many years. I have consulted with her as appellate and litigation support counsel, and have worked with her on Bar and community matters.

She and her team are excellent lawyers who do a great job for her clients and lawyers that hire her!

Professional Colleague and knowledgable lawyer

To me, Robin Bresky has always been a leader in the legal community. Since I moved down from New York in 2006, Robin Bresky has been a woman lawyer role model, obtaining excellent results for her clients while treating her colleagues with civility and respect. She is a leader among the bar association organizations and as a business owner. Truly admire and respect her as an attorney and fellow legal professional.

Superb appellate lawyer. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend the Law Offices of Robin Bresky. I recently retained this law office to handle a complicated appellate matter. Ms. Bresky, Esq. and her associates were incredibly professional and diligent throughout the entire matter. Ms. Bresky's Law Office is a highly specialized, appellate law firm. If you need to hire the best appellate law firm, then look no further than the Law Offices of Robin Bresky. Ms. Bresky's Office is staffed by the best appellate lawyers you will find. Equally important, they are incredibly professional, courteous and results driven. Yes, I won the appeal :-)

You do NOT get what you pay for. Go elsewhere.
My father and I spent over an hour with Robin going over the specifics of my case. During the interview we met a paralegal and the office manager who both sat in for parts of the meeting. Robin was polite, charming and knowledgeable. We decided to retain her services. Robin led us to believe she would be the one who would be writing the appeal brief. Robin passed the case off to an associate. Jeremy Dicker was not included in the initial consultation and now was assigned to writing my brief. I recently had a conference call with Robin and Jeremy, when I addressed Jeremy during the call, Robin told me he had left the room to work on another case. While Robin and I continued to discuss my brief, Jeremy chimed in; so he hadn't left the room after all - Robin lied to me. I felt, throughout the process, the firm was against me; definitely not for me. I had no confidence whatsoever in their abilities. They did not even try to convey to me they had my back. Many times I asked myself, "whose side are they on?" My advice to someone who is out there looking for a lawyer, ask for a writing sample from the lawyer who will actually be writing the brief. I asked Robin after-the-fact for a writing sample from Jeremy because of the many type-o's, grammar errors and general awkward sentence structure I encountered when reading the drafts he wrote. I wanted to see if it was just my case that was given such lack of effort and carelessness or others as well. Robin's office provided me with a brief she wrote, not Jeremy - an example of their poor listening/communication skills. The entire experience was awful. I am sick over the money spent on such unprofessionalism and incompetence. The story ends with my firing them before the brief has even been filed. My regret is now, that I didn't fire them sooner. Robin excels at marketing and selling to get you sucked in. Caveat emptor.
