I contacted this attorney, along with other co-workers, regarding a possible case of wrongful termination and discrimination. Mr Ford was paid upfront; however, shortly after accepting our money one of his assistants left the company and we were leaving numerous messages for him to return our calls to get started on our case. He wrote 1 letter to our previous employer and then quit the case, after cashing a $1200 check, stating we did not have substantial evidence to continue our case. I would love to know if this is legal AND if we are entitled to our money back. According to Atty Ford, we are not!! I'm am greatly disappointed and would never recommend him to anyone who is serious about their case.
