The issue in DOAH Case No. 07-3661PL is whether Respondent engaged in an act or acts of sexual harassment involving physical contact or misuse of position against Officer Sandra Larkins of the Fort Pierce Police Department, in violation of Section 943.1395(6) and (7), Florida Statutes, and Florida Administrative Code Rule 11B-27.0011(4)(c).Petitioner failed to prove that Respondent solicited a gift while on duty as a police officer, and thus lied when he denied doing so during a police investigation. Petitioner also failed to prove sexual harassment.
