Unhappy

I hired Ron Young to help me with a divorce modification. I gave him a handsome retainer and I did expect that to be enough to get the job done. Unfortunately, that was not the case, he never did what he was paid to do, fact in point. I called so many times, and he was never in the office and nothing was accomplished. It get's worse, but we will leave it at that for now. Very unprofessional, and I hated being left to hang in the wind.
