Ms. Preddy did an outstanding job for us

Ms. Preddy handled my father's estate in 2010. She did an excellent job of explaining the process in caring and easy to understand terms and she removed a large burden from the family during a difficult time. Her advice was spot on and her fee was extremely reasonable. I have sent other people to her and, without exception, all have reported receiving outstanding service. I highly recommend her.

Rose Marie is the best

We have worked with Rose Marie Preddy on several items since 2006. She has always been there for us no matter what we needed. I really like how Rose Marie takes the time to explain things in lay man terms. Rose Marie takes her time making she sure hasn't missed a thing. She is good about listening and is very patient even if you ask the same question over and over again. I would recommend her to anyone. I have already told several people how much we like Rose Marie Preddy and how helpful she is.

Rose Marie Preddy Highly Recommended Wills & Estates

We hired Rose Marie Preddy to work with our large family during the last few months of my father's life. It was a very stressful time for our family. Rose Marie handled our complex legal needs with both personal sensitivity and legal professionalism. LAWYER RECOMMENDATION

I not only would hire this lawyer but I refer clients to her. When she set out on her own, she came to me for mentoring through the Jacksonville Bar Association. I think she chose me, in part, because I was a former Ciruit Court Judge and had managed several law firms. I have so much confidence in her that my mother and mother-in-law had their wills drawn up by Rose Marie, and my youngest sister, dying of MSA, had a Trust set up and when she died last year Rose Marie help me (Trustee) close the estate and pay out to the beneficiaries. In 2011 my mother died. She was a beneficiary of a Trust of my 104 year old aunt. There was a provision in the Trust which would have cut Mom's children out of 1/2. Rose Marie worked with other family members in DC and the DC probate lawyer and got them to waive the technicality, giving me and my brothers and sisters the full amount of what Mom would have received. I definitely recommend Rose Marie Preddy to anyone seeking her for her speciality area of the law.

Disappointed in a person who presents herself as an 'estate, trust' attorney.

Arrogant, followup very poor, not available for responses to questions. When asked to clarify information regarding the trust, her response was, "Didn't you read the information I sent to you?" "Read it again." Once she has your $$$$.$$ she is through with you.

Rose Marie, handled an involved Estate for my wife and me. My wife replaced the previous Personal Representative. The Estate involved theft of subtantial funds, diclaimer of properties, a false mortgage by the prior Personal Representative. Through Ms. Preddy's actions and knowledge of the law we were able to recover the disclaimed property, set aside the false mortgage, and recover some of the theft proceeds. The original Personal Representative was also a beneficiary of the Estate. Rose Marie Preddy was able to exclude her from the final distribution of the remaining assets. She had knowledge of the District Attorney's Elder Law provisions of Florida and presented the data to that department for their further action. I highly recommend Ms. Preddy
