Great Attorney, he did help me out on a case a couple of weeks ago. I got to Florida from Virginia and he was ready for the court . He did great and I won the case.

Other party Attorny was a bully and Roy managed the case in a very calm and smart way.

Give him enough information and enough time to defend you. If you are innocent he Will help you. If you are guilty that is your issue at the end.

Unfortunately I did not pay attention to others’ negative reviews. I hired him to represent my father’s divorce. We frequently found out he hadn’t done something that was needed or contempt hearings were filed because of missing information. We were notified about these things through my father’s soon to be ex-wife! We were frequently told, everything is fine. But in fact that was not the case. Finally frustrated to the point of anger, I called the office and was hung up on by his secretary after trying to figure out what information we needed to do to complete the divorce. I absolutely would not recommend this attorney!

Unless you are looking for minimal effort, and a lawyer who goes to court completely unprepared, do not hire Mr. Foxall. I filed a restraining order for my ex husband's continual harrassment, which was turned down.
