Blackmon Estate

Attorney Winer was very knowledgeable. He handle my uncle's probate case. My uncle didn't leave a will and I needed to have Mr. Winer handle the proceedings. He was able to conduct it in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend this attorney.

Knowledgeable, responsive, and most of all caring.

Mr. Winer has handled trust and estate issues for my parents, and for my husband and myself. He has drawn up our wills and other legal documents. When my husband died suddenly he assisted me every step of the way, including probate, transferring copyrights and royalties, and more. Mr. Winer was responsive to my every need, getting back to me quickly whenever I had a question or concern. I honestly do not know how I would have gotten through that difficult period without him. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about elder law, he is a truly kind and caring individual.

Made the probate process very painless

Excellent Value - Answered All My Questions - Would Recommend

I contacted Mr. Winer about getting a property through probate that I was purchasing. I didn't realize probate was needed until the property was under contract. Mr Winer was a pleasure working with, he answered all my questions and he even gave me some advice on a couple other real estate related questions. I called a few other attorneys and his fees were very reasonable.

Extremely Knowledgeable, Professional, and Compassionate

Great Probate Attorney

For anyone having a probate matter in Florida, I would highly recommend Attorney Russell Winer. In my own case, I needed to probate the home and car my mother had left me. Other attorneys I spoke to had made it sound complicated, not to mention expensive. So it was a relief when Russell made it clear that I actually had a pretty simple case. Not only that, he was willing to do it for almost half of what other attorneys were asking. I had my doubts if a lawyer several counties over could handle everything. But in the end the distance was never an issue. And with the case now behind me, I feel very fortunate to have found Attorney Winer. Thanks for everything Russell!
