Under a time line!!!

My wife and I found out on a Monday that we needed a Defense Attorney on Tuesday for a family situation. I called the office and Megan quickly contacted Rusty and he reassured us that he would be at court on Tuesday and he would take care of everything. Those words were the most comforting we've heard as this came up not long after Hurricane Michael. Rusty and his office has no idea how much he helped us and how much we appreciate their quick response. Thank you will never cover how much you guys mean to us.

Sweetest, kindest, most Professional #1

Mr. Shepard and his staff are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me. I would not want anyone else on my team! No Trespass Order

While sitting in my vehicle waiting for the Mall to open up on a sunday, security called Police to have me Trespassed. Although the Police were nice & professional I was still asked to leave. Monday I called Mr Shepard about my plight & I called Mall Operations too. Just by mentioning Mr Shepards name alone, the Trespass Order was dropped. I'm just a tourist here for the winter month's that's only been to the Mall 6 times in 2 years never interacting with anyone. To this day, i still don't know what it was all about. Me? Retired & disabled Army Vet.

They make an impressive team.

During the course of my case, from arrest to trial, Rusty kept in constant contact with me, which was important. As my case developed and we prepared for trial, Rusty and Jean consistently impressed me with the way that they handled depositions and all of the other preliminary steps of my case. I trusted Rusty's judgement on a few things which I was on the fence about and I am very glad that I did. Rusty and Jean both accompanied me through jury selection and trial. They perfectly complement each other's talents. The verdict was returned favorably because of this dynamic duo and my faith in the justice system was restored.
I have typically had a very low opinion of all attorneys, however these two have completely made me change my mind. They were professional, dedicated, I felt at all times like they were willing to fight for me, and above all they were effective. I absolutely cannot praise them enough. I hope to never need an attorney again, however if I do, I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

Juvenile justice expertise

Summer vacation took a wrong turn when our teenage son found himself at an unsupervised party on the beach. Underage drinking and some bad choices thereafter ended badly with a call from a police officer. We did not know who to turn to for advice or what to expect regarding the charges against my son. Luckily we found Mr. Shepard. He personally provided council and advised our best course of action. There is no substitute for Mr. Shepard’s knowledge and expertise in juvenile law. I highly recommend using Mr. Shepard if your teenager finds themselves in trouble in the PCB area.
