Our firm is devoted to providing clients with high quality, comprehensive estate planning and elder law services in a caring, personalized manner. Our primary focus is serving our clients through the design of sophisticated client-centered estate plans, including asset protection and Medicaid planning. This focus includes the design and preparation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable trusts, special needs trusts (first and third party) and other tax planning and asset protection vehicles. We also assist clients with trust settlements, probate, and guardianship. As an Accredited Attorney for Veterans Benefits, we are also able to assist with veterans benefits planning.
Our practice is 85% referral based, with the majority of our new clients being referred from current clients as well as from trusted and respected advisors (CPAs, financial planners, trust officers, etc.) with whom we work.
