Simply didn’t care

My experience was poor. In the beginning, Mr Coffey made it seem we had the best case & he would put his all into it. Alex (his paralegal) did little & was very unconcerned & unreachable. After more than a year, I had finally found out Coffey had dropped my case without telling me. I found out by continuing to call the office months after. I was able to reach a sizeable amount by obtaining a new lawyer who kept me informed with each step. Coffey is the attorney I would always advise against using.

A true blessing

I have so much to say but so little space to say it. Sam was a referral. He flew from Lauderdale, came to my hospital room in Ocala and listened patiently to my story. At that point I had been in a coma due to a "mild" brain bleed, which resulted in withholding my blood thinner medication, which resulted in the amputation of one leg. On top of all this was a stack of bills and documents I was to deal with My head was spinning. When Sam left my room he took all took all the bills, documents and more important all my worries. I never had to look back on the legal matter. He and his right hands, Alex and Sandy handled and continue to handle everything for me to my complete satisfaction. As a result I have been able to concentrate on learning to walk again with the prosthetic and a walker, at this point. I am now independent again. The case has settled and Sam, Alex and Sandy continue to clear up the loose ends. I would highly recommend Samuel Aaron Coffey and Company to anyone in need of an honest, kind, gently and hardworking man that happens to be one heck of an Attorney, with a staff that goes beyond the meaning of helpful. I endorse this lawyer. Years ago when Sam was doing defense work he was opposing me on a case. He was always well prepared and made my job difficult.
